An additional fun bunk area is sure to grab the kids’ attention. With luxurious furnishings and accommodations, this home is the perfect getaway for up to 12 guests to enjoy.
The screened in back porch is sure to become a favorite spot for a family dinner, a glass of wine while watching a game, or playing a board game on a rainy day. This home’s location in the Crossings District offers quick access to all Watercolor has to offer via the complimentary 6-seater golf cart (some restrictions) and 6 adult bikes. The Dragonfly Pool (heated seasonally) is a short walk away, while the Publix is only a 5 minute golf cart ride to get all of your grocery needs.
Living Room

The first floor of this beautiful home has an open and inviting Living Area with beautiful furnishings and décor. A 65” flat screen TV with DVD player will provide the back drop for a great movie night while dinner is being prepared in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen. The dining table will seat 8 comfortably and the bar will seat 4 additional guests.
Master Suite
The exquisite Master Bedroom, located on the first floor, is appointed with a King bed and flat screen TV. The Master Bathroom has a marble shower and separate soaking tub. Private access to the screened back porch is available through the master bathroom.
Laundry Room
A generous size Laundry Room provides a front load washer and dryer, a sink, and plenty of counter space to fold laundry. A powder bath is also close by.
